Notes and Feedback

Problems identified according to the Centre for Civic Legal Innitiative, in the Albanian legal frame and procedures, with regards to Domestic Violence matter:

  1. Lack of institutional structures in the Police Offices to estimate the victim and the perpetrator
  2. Challenges in the re-integration process of the victim and perpetrator after consuming the “protection order”
  3. The execution of “Public Charge” by the Police – not active in Albania
  4. Challenges in resolving different cases for the legal obligation of fathers to provide food for their children

Feedback: Suggestions from MWL Staff to continue the trainings on the Legal Procedures in Albania.
