The Development of the Youth Group of Lushnja.

The Lushnja youth group is comprised of 20 young boys and girls from the city and rural areas of Lushnja.

These young people are attending professional courses in the closest city, Fier, and some in Lushnje. Girls are more oriented towards sewing, hairdressing and cooking courses as well as other courses recommended by the labor market. Boys are more oriented towards courses for plumbers, mechanics and electricians.Young people are continuing vocational courses and engaging in other project activities. One of the human development trainings they participated in was on entrepreneurship. Being at the beginning of the road of employment or self-employment, MWL is oriented towards entrepreneurship because of the potential and motivation of the young people to create an idea and take on the entrepreneurial risk.

These young people have the potential, the desire, and the dream, but many social factors have prevented them from achieving these desires.

MWL will continue to support them in their journey and orientation to the labour market.
