Training on Bullying and Safe Internet, April 4, 2019.

An awareness meeting was jointly organized between the Directory of Public Health in Lezha and Mary Ward Loreto Foundation Women’s Project at “Mother Theresa “ School  with 14-year-old students. Emphasis was placed on the phenomena of Bullying and Internet Safety, how it affects the students, and the steps students can take to help combat it. The students participated in role-playing activities, playing the role of victim, the aggressor, and the audience. After the role-play, the students reflected on each role, how it felt to be in that role, and how they should address, report and follow up in these situations.

The students were taught about internet safety and cyber bullying and how important it is to be careful using social media to avoid being possible victims of human trafficking and exploitation.
