MARY WARD LORETO is planting hope with a human rights approach to combating modern day slavery. This challenging mission is implemented through works of justice, education, grass roots action and systemic change.
The aim is to eradicate poverty, the prime cause for human trafficking.

A training session took place with a group of  40 youth about ethics at work, work relations, and personal development.

The group of young people are attending a vocational course to become cooks offered by Kitchen Courses AA. They are preparing to enter the work force, so it is vital for them to be aware of ethical rules at work, work relations, and how important it is to continue to invest in themselves, considering the work force is very difficult.

This is an initiative undertaken by Mary Ward Loreto Women’s Project and the Kitchen Courses AA to prepare this group of youth for employment. Students were encouraged to set goals for personal development in order to reach their full potential as professionals as well as human beings.
