Professional training to increase the individual’s capacity, is one of the key foci of the MWLW project in empowering women and girls. The MWLW Tropoja group, supported two girls in a professional training in hairdressing. During this 6-month course they learned the general techniques of hairdressing, aesthetics, manicure and pedicure. Happy they were given the certificate and diploma at the end of the course. This has indeed changed them and given them a whole new future to look forward to with work in a loved profession.
